This board captures the essence of the project, including the overall aesthetic, kitchen and bathroom concepts, custom joinery, finishes, and architectural features. We craft and refine floor plans, incorporating existing furniture where relevant and suggesting innovative ways to elevate the space. This stage is all about collaboration—your feedback guides us as we shape layouts and weave in our signature creative touches to enhance functionality and style.
Enhanced Concept &
3D Visualization
With your input integrated, the design evolves into a more detailed concept. We dive into specifics, including door styles, trim details, joinery design, fireplace concepts, fixtures, and finishes —essentially, every element you’ll see and interact with in your home. Using 3D modelling, we bring the design to life, offering a dynamic, immersive view of your future space. This step helps you experience the design from every perspective and allows for collaborative refinement with both you and the broader design team.
Finishes & Fixtures Selection
This phase focuses on finalizing finishes and fixtures, ensuring that every detail complements the overall design. Whether it’s visiting showrooms, sourcing materials from our extensive in-house library, or reviewing options on-site, we carefully select finishes that work seamlessly within each space. The result is a cohesive and harmonious design scheme.
Schedules & Tender
Documentation
We prepare all necessary documentation to ensure the smooth progression of your project. This includes detailed drawing packs, schedules for finishes, joinery, and bathroom designs, as well as comprehensive specifications for tendering and pricing. Our meticulous approach ensures every element is accounted for, from architectural details to bespoke design features.
Construction Phase
As construction begins, we remain actively involved, attending project team meetings to monitor progress and address any evolving site conditions. As the project approaches critical milestones, we conduct site visits to ensure everything aligns with the design vision.
